The rules for using GoodLot.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using GoodLot, placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

Eligibility and lawful use

You may use GoodLot only for lawful purposes and only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, regulations, and restrictions that apply to your purchase or use of products.

Products, sourcing and condition

GoodLot sells discounted inventory that may include brand-new, open-box, packaging-damaged, overstock, store-clearance, excess, or other closeout merchandise.

Product condition, sourcing information and material differences that we know about are described on the applicable product page. Packaging may differ from traditional retail presentation where disclosed.

Product images, descriptions and specifications are provided to help you understand the item. Minor non-material differences in packaging, photography, color display or manufacturer updates may occur.

Pricing, reference prices and payment

Prices shown on GoodLot are subject to change before an order is accepted. Any comparison, reference, retail or crossed-out price is intended to provide pricing context and may reflect manufacturer, retailer, market or other reference information.

You authorize GoodLot and its payment providers to charge the payment method submitted for your order, including applicable taxes, shipping charges and other amounts shown at checkout.

Orders and availability

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. GoodLot may cancel or limit an order where inventory is unavailable, pricing or listing information is materially incorrect, fraud or abuse is suspected, or another legitimate operational reason prevents fulfillment.

Closeout inventory is often limited and may not be restocked.

Shipping, delivery and tracking

Shipping estimates are estimates only. Carrier delays, weather, address issues and other circumstances outside GoodLot's direct control may affect delivery timing.

Tracking information is based on data provided by the applicable carrier. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Returns and refunds

GoodLot's current Returns & Refunds Policy applies to eligible purchases. If an item materially does not match GoodLot's description or arrives with a covered functional problem, the current policy may provide a full refund and covered return costs within the stated return period.

Customer accounts

If you create or use a customer account, you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information and the security of your account access. Please notify GoodLot promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

• engage in fraud, abuse, unlawful activity or unauthorized transactions;
• interfere with the security or operation of the website or services;
• use automated methods to scrape, copy or disrupt the services without permission;
• misrepresent your identity, payment information or purchase intent;

GoodLot's website, branding, design, text, graphics, logos and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
